HR & GA Manager (Plantation - Papua) - PT Texpert Indoasia
Responsibilities

General HR functions: recruitment, training, compensation, labor contract & dispute settlement.
Report periodically regarding employee data, recruitment process and people development activities in accordance to work instructions.
Ensure manpower need of each Department is fulfilled in accordance with time line and qualification requirement.
Arrange and coordinate employee on-site training activities.
Ensure personnel administration process is done in accordance with applicable procedures.
Conduct General Affairs activities and coordinate with Head Office to ensure service is suitable with site needs.
Development and implementation of compensation & benefits strategies to include salary benchmarking, pension planning, benefits management, and annual compensation review exercises.
Provide professional and succinct consultation on labor matters to all business unit heads and line managers.
Advise and manage on a diverse range of strategic and operational issues which will include redundancy, complex disciplinary and grievance issues, employee tribunals and complex change management issues.
Develop implements, enforces and monitors all human resources related policies and procedures, practices in compliance with Indonesian laws.
Interpret, Administer, recommend and negotiate change the Company policies or Collective Labor Agreement.
Development of salary budgeting programs and to perform the necessary job banding across the organization.
Perform adequate job evaluations, costing and review and revise compensation & benefits policies and provide necessary feedback to senior management where necessary.

Requirements

Age 35 - 45 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Management/Human Resources Management/Psychology. Candidate must have min. 10-15 years experience in Management Level in HR & GA (Plantation)
Have experience in handling more than 1000 employees (staff and workers).
Proficiency in English is a must, both oral and written.
Candidate must have highly developed communication skills (oral and written), persuasive, hard worker, assertive, and energetic.
Preferably Manager specializing in Human Resources Management.
Strong personality capable of handling general grievances and issues.
Proactively liaise with other key members of the organization to ensure proper application of compensation & benefits policies.
Fully understanding of Indonesian manpower related regulation.
Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure.
Self driven, good manner and strong analytical skill.
Well-organized, disciplined, presentation, negotiation and good communications skill.
Have a high motivation, high endurance and achievement responsibility in completing the work.
Good personality, creative, high integrity, and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment.
Good administrative, planning, organizing and problem solving skills.
Willing to be placed in Papua.
