Plant Manager (West Papua, Sorong) - Presley Consulting
Responsibilities

Presley Consulting is currently recruit behalf respected client, a multinational mining company who is seeking for position Plant Manager to be located in West Papua (Sorong).

Job Descriptions :

Responsible for directing and coordinating daily plant operation
Responsible to Monitor and control plant costs, efficiency, and timing.
Responsible to reach production target set by management through increase in productivity level effectively, efficiently and safely.
Responsible to manage and coach all subordinates to get maximum performance. Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly work progress and plant plan report.
Responsible to ensure all work activities adhere to prevailing standard of safety and environment.
Responsible to ensure that the plant is effectively managed so that production targets are achieved in the most cost effective manner.
Responsible to ffectively lead and manage plant production and technical staff

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
Male
Technical Expertise using machine (Listric, Boiler, other related machine) with minimum 5 years experience of working in plant
Experience as Plant Manager and knowledge about Nickel/Ferro materials are advantage
Well understanding about plant operation (facility/equipment/man power).
Proficient in MS Office, plant software and other computer programs that are needed
Good knowledge about HSE/K3 procedure.
Fluent in English and Mandarin are advantage
Leadership and good communication skills.
Honest, attention to detail, highly motivated and good team work ability.
Willing to be located at the Sorong, West Papua
